01 · The brief

Operational clarity was the real design problem.

A multi-day charity cycling tour lives or dies on logistics. Riders need each day's route, distance and elevation, support details, registration information and accommodation without having to phone organisers from the roadside.

Legacy Ride4Hope needed a single publication that could hold the full journey while still feeling worthy of the cause and its partners.

02 · The information system

A route structure riders could trust.

The publication uses repeatable panels and clear scanning order, keeping every day's essential information in the same place.

01

Daily routes

Start, destination and day sequence presented consistently.

02

Distance and elevation

The two numbers riders need before every stage.

03

QR-linked maps

Scannable routes that move information onto each rider's device.

04

Tour logistics

Registration, transport, dinners and support details in one system.

03 · The visual language

Built to carry both purpose and pace.

Deep blue brings authority, orange adds movement and yellow highlights the information that cannot be missed. The system scales from tour notices to formal reporting without losing recognition.

04 · Campaign extension

One system, multiple campaign voices.

Portrait formats use a shared hierarchy for dates, event naming, partner presence and calls to action. Colour and photography can shift while the structure remains recognisable.

05 · Partner communication

Every message still belongs to the same ride.

Launches, sponsor moments and rider communications share the same visual architecture, making a large partner ecosystem feel coordinated rather than crowded.

06 · Outcome

Questions answered before they were asked.

The publication brings sequence, route detail and support information into one place, helping riders focus on the ride and the cause.

The same information logic now supports a wider family of route, campaign and partner materials across the Ride4Hope programme.
