SBT20 Design Studio ("SBT20", "we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect. When you contact us through this website we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, selected service area and the contents of your brief.
Why we collect it. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, scope a potential engagement and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it. Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted.
Your rights. Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact studio@sbt20.co.za to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use it. No analytics data is used to identify you personally.

Project engagements are governed by the proposal and agreement issued for each project, not by this website.
