Siza Ledger - accounting that reads clearly.
The brief
A brand and website for a South African accounting firm that wanted to feel organised, trustworthy and genuinely human. We turned a crowded, often cold category into a calm, structured experience built for founders and small businesses.
Siza Ledger offers bookkeeping, tax, payroll and advisory support for owner-managed South African businesses. The category is crowded and the language is usually cold. They needed a presence that felt structured and calm, spoke plainly to founders rather than accountants, and made a small firm feel dependable and premium without pretending to be a big-four practice.
The positioning
We built everything around a single promise: handled with structure. Clear records, visible deadlines and reporting written for business owners. The line "Accounting, tax and payroll handled with structure" anchors the homepage and sets the tone for every page that follows.
The brand system
A navy-led palette carries the authority of finance, a confident blue accent adds energy, and a soft teal wash keeps the supportive sections calm rather than corporate. The system stays quiet and consistent, so the numbers do the talking rather than the decoration.
The website
The homepage leads with a clear promise and a live financial-overview snapshot, then moves through five clear packages, who Siza Ledger helps, a three-step path from messy to managed, and an FAQ that answers what owners actually ask first. Built on WordPress with a consistent card and icon system and a strict CTA hierarchy, so every page points to one action: book a free consultation.
One line explains the whole offer before a visitor has to scroll or decode accounting jargon.
Services, sectors and steps share a single card and icon language for a calm, ordered feel.
A three-tier button hierarchy keeps every section pointed at booking a consultation.
An FAQ tackles the real questions owners ask before they ever pick up the phone.
The services layer
Six packages, written in plain language so an owner knows exactly what is covered before the first conversation.
Monthly close, reconciliations and management packs written for people who need clear numbers.
Returns, deadlines and SARS correspondence handled before they become distractions.
Payslips, submissions and employee records handled with consistency and care.
Annual statements and working-paper files kept neat and review-ready.
Registration, annual returns and beneficial ownership handled properly.
A clean migration to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, with useful integrations and team training.
Outcome
Siza Ledger went live with a brand and website that make a small, careful firm feel exactly that: careful, and clear enough to build trust before the first call.
